ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed separate bids for the construction of 18” Parallel Gravity Sewer from Hutchens Road Lift Station to Woodward Hills Subdivision to serve the City of Highfill will be received by the City of Highfill, until 2:00
p.m. local time on Wednesday, September 20th, 2023, and at Highfill City Hall, 2560 Highway 12, Highfill, Arkansas, publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of the following:
- Approximately 4,500 feet
of 18-inch gravity sewer mains - Approximately 19 6-foot
diameter manholes - Connections to Existing
Sewer Mains - Connection to Existing Wet
Well - Bored Highway and Creek
Crossings - All appurtenances necessary
for the complete installation,
as specified and shown on
the Plans.
Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, or at City of Highfill’s City Hall, 2560 W Highway 12, Highfill, Arkansas 72734.
Printed copies may be obtained at the office of Engineering Services, Inc., 1207 South Old Missouri Road, P.O. Box 282, Springdale, Arkansas 72765, Phone 479-751-8733, upon a non-refundable payment of One Hundred Fifty dollars ($100.00) for each set. Digital copies may be obtained through QuestCDN or through www.engineeringservices.com upon a non-refundable payment of Forty dollars ($40.00).
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
