I began my career in Law Enforcement here in the City of Highfill, back in 2008, it is a great honor to serve the citizens of our community as Police Chief. My Career in emergency services has always been rooted in Highfill. At 18 years old, I began as a Volunteer Firefighter, I grew to love this community and its people. I strive to provide the best opportunity for our Department by providing the best equipment, training, and resources for our employees. I am truly inspired by the opportunities HPD has that impact public safety in our local area… From our officers’ rounding up livestock and fixing fence, to the opportunity to interact with those in need, at the Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter. HPD takes advantage of the opportunity to make a difference every day. Our slogan at HPD is Honor, Integrity, Community. I have stood by those words and encourage each member of our team to do the same. My goal is to provide the highest level of professional Law Enforcement services to the City of Highfill and ensure it is a safe community where people want to live, work, and visit.
