Republic Services has answered our request to set up a way easier for residents to request bulk pick up or container exchanges. 
We have set up a new way for customers to forego having to call Customer Service to schedule a bulk item or container exchange. The following email address will be used for these purposes:

The customer will need to give us their name, address and phone number. We will then reply back to them letting them know when it will be completed.
For those who prefer to call Customer Service, please call 1-800-431-1507. Please be sure to tell them you are a City of Highfill customer, your address and phone number and they will let you know when they will be picking up your items.
